Flying J represented in Court by the ultra-arrogant Carl Goolsby who could neither LIE nor impress his way to success with his fancy Three-Piece Suit.

Flying J and Goolsby’s Legal Representation, Jimmy Singer was unable as well to confuse the jury that Flying J and their employees were the victims in this case.

Singer and Haubenricht provided no proof that Cody, Goolsby or Flying J suffered any injury or damage from any alleged assault or alleged libelous statements made on this site previously.

In his closing arguments, Jimmy Singer began with “Since 9-11, if we have learned one thing, that one thing is that our Legal System works.”

No doubt, Mr. Singer.
